This is was Konami support Team Reply to my Mail
Thank you very much for contacting the Konami customer support team.
We can assure you that our servers are up and running, although we are aware that this issue has come up for some players and we are therefore investigating it.
In order to help you further, we need to ask you to go through the following steps to make sure that you have everything set up to ensure that PES 2013 has the best connection to the Internet that it can.
Step 1. If you are playing on an Xbox 360 or PS3, make sure that your firmware is up to date.
Step 2. Make sure that there is nothing that could be interfering with your network. For example P2P networks, streaming TV, Mobile Devices and Virus Protection/Firewall software. We cannot recommend the usage of W-Lan or USB wireless adaptors. If you use one of the mentioned devices in order to connect to the Internet, please switch to a wired broadband connection in order to improve the connection stability and speed.
Step 3. Check your router setup. PES 2013 needs certain ports open so that it can communicate with the Internet properly. We recommend that you change Port Settings to 'Automatic'.
Step 4. If the above doesn't work, you may need to open specific ports manually by configuring your router. The ports that need to be opened in order to properly connect PES 2013 to the Internet are -
TCP: 80, 44, 4000-4200
UDP: Auto mode: 3658, 5730-5739
TCP: 80, 443, 5000-5200
UDP: Auto mode: 3658, 5730-5739 *default is 3658
TCP: 53, 80, 3074
UDP: 53, 88, 3074
As we cannot support all specific router makes and models, we recommend that you visit www.portforward.com where you will be able to find setup advise for the router that you have. For further information concerning how to set up your router connections, please refer to the manual or contact the customer support of your network provider.
If you are still having trouble going online in PES 2013 after following the above steps, please tell us your platform (PC, PS3, Xbox360), the type of internet connection you are using (Wifi, LAN, Ethernet) and the country you are writing to us from.
Thank you for your collaboration and patience.
That's the default email they sending to everyone who contact them for online problems... nothing new, nothing that fix the "back to menu" problem
Hi! Guys I also had a problem and throw in the menu. Try one of these ways. I was helped by the first of the ways.
- Downlosd this programm - http://www.speedguide.net/files/TCPOptimizer.exe
- In the setting of "Choose settings", select Custom and specify in the MTU value - 1370. Click Apply changes to apply these settings and reboot.
- Just look in your router MTU setting and set it to 1370.
2) Others helped by the program. Auslogics Boostspeed. http://www.auslogics.com/en/checkfor...ersion=184.108.40.206
Others helped by the program. Auslogics Boostspeed. Need the full version. In a limited version of this feature is available. Then select - acceleration internet-automatically.
The program first scans that update, then makes a request, you agree it changes, then reboot.
I hope someone can help one of these ways. Sorry for my english)))
I have edited your post.
Talking about cracked software is not allowed on the forum. :)
OK No problem)

I forgot to write ... Another thing I did before these manipulations, but helped just after setting MTU
- Opens a port on the router
TCP: 80, 44, 4000-4200, 6112
UDP: 3658, 5730-5739, 6112
And set the router MTU setting for 1370. Be sure to restart after a router!
- Remove all unnecessary network connections (if you have them) have only a local area network
- Update the drivers for the network card from the manufacturer of the motherboard
- In the setting of a network location in Win7 set - Home Network
- Added to the game folder to the exceptions in antivirus
After all this, I set the Ttspoptimizer MTU - 1370. Restart the computer. Then came first in the Master League online and I started up there, and then let in friendly matches.
PS If you connect the internet cable directly to your computer in a network game mode runs without any problems and is not thrown back to the menu. When you connect through a router does not start up and throw in the menu. After the above settings, it worked and when you connect through a router ..
Exactly the same issue i have.i can get in but it takes 30 -40 mins to find an opponent in mlo ...i cannot enter lobbies.i also cant get a opponent in ranked matches. pes 2012 works like a charm.

Still the same problem ... log in successful .. while establishing connection .. it comes back to menue. once or twice i can get into the ranking match but cannot find any match to play with after 15 min of searching ... what a joke ... after that ,, again i pushed back to the menue ...
This is strange. Because I am finding an opponent immediately within 3-4 seconds.
I have played so far 27 ranked matches. And at least 100 matches via lobbies.
I don't know what it is that some users can't play it, others can? Could it be something to do with geographical region? I couldn't connect to some Chinese opponent. It was just saying Establishing Communications. I don't remember having this problem in PES 2010.
Most of the times I have no problems connecting online. But I guess me being from Europe it might be less of a problem? I don't know.:smirk:
And the booting back to main menu is something I don't experience and never have so far.
Did the maintenance fix anything? I haven't tried it yet.
Nope, it didnt fix anything... still going back to Menu after logging in
