North vs South 2010 (Reading)

Unlike any other event (excluding the finals) this event is worth 48K value in terms of ranking points. This means there are 3 times more points to gain and lose than in regular offline events, and 6 times more than the official onliners! Leng_Jay who won the last 48K event prior to finals, was propelled to number 1 spot after a good performance here, underlining the importance of the creme de la creme events!.(thats cesc for template

Prizes

This event gives the opportunity for two players (winner and runner up) to qualify for the NvS final! An opportunity not to be missed.

At the final we will be awarding £2000 worth of prizes as well as the coveted title of North v South Champion 2010.

The winner of the NvS final will take away a £1000 voucher courtesy of our partners over at Play.com and the title.

The runner up will take away a £500 voucher with 3rd and 4th place taking £100 each. The rest of the qualifiers will each receive £50 in Play.com vouchers.

As well as the vouchers to spend at Play.com, all eight regional qualifiers will win a seat at main event. If you have already qualified, the Main Event seat will go into the overall rankings ladder pot.

PS3. Event will be based on leagues followed by a knockout cup.

I'm familiar with the guys at the venue, I said I would run it when Pirate wasn't around, and this event cannot go wrong, Pirate will be there assisting me.

But I'm going to practise as much as I can with my studies, I can't let that Xbox pad destroy me.

Trust me, I'm in a much better position than I was before when I lost 3/4 games. My PS3 offline record is something like won 12 lost 2, my xbox is won 6, lost 7 haha.

anyone know what car parking is like around the venue, do you have to pay? is there lots of spaces available to park?

i havent been to a pro evo tourny offline for a while as well, last north v south i used my borussia dortmund team

Me and my mate have just signed up but are on the reserve list in 9th and 10th

.... what are the chances 10 people will drop out lol?? Not done a pro event since pro 6 i think, but would be so good to come to this one!!

Very good chance, especially as there was more players on reserve list before and less came lol
