A great number of PES Rankings points were earned in the official events this week, meaning we have some more players moving up the table!

The most noticeable source of player movement was the Play.com offline event in Manchester on Sunday, which had a top prize of a £100 Play.com voucher. KeyserSoze79, who organised and ran the event also placed quite highly, reaching the knockout stages and gaining a stonking 369 places for his trouble. The winner of the event, Menace, also gained fourteen places and has now reached 7th place on the Rankings table.
Also making strides up the Rankings table after playing in this event were: Cresswell86, shotzsn3, robbie da red, R2Sequens, who continues to climb after his leap up the table last week, and another of our official admins, azyboy10, who climbed 30 places to arrive at position 15.

The other big event of the weekend just gone was the London play.com event which was won by The_Greek. Winners in terms of Rankings positions though, were SamSbfc and AndyHo10, who moved up the table 61 and 34 places respectively.

Another winner in the Rankings points stakes was lews, a newcomer to PES Rankings, who has moved up 70 places after winning the Win 100 PES Points event, as well as picking up points in a couple of unofficial events too.

The other official events which took place over the last week were the Play.com Casual event on Monday 25th Jan, and the Win 100 PES Points event run by Leeomac, where 27 players turned up to battle it out for the 100 PES Points prize. This is looking to be a good week for Leeomac, as he has also just been announced the Admin of the Month for January!

Along with the Admin of the Month, we also announced our Player of the Month for January, Wallace. He picks up the award after a great performance at the Play.com event in Glasgow over the weekend.
