I'd prefer to have an choices an option. Random selection on the day doesn't cut it with me. If you wanted to restrict teams etc, that might be cool. That's just my preference.

Top 4 finishers from 2009 season in English, Spanish and Italian Leagues, would be fine?

Any less would seem harsh (I don't fancy a 160 mile round trip to be Bologna!)

The idea is to have variation, and to test players true ability. There will be always be one team that players think they will play better with, and therefore everyone will pick them, but the idea is to have 5 small evenly matched teams, and it's randomly selected.

Fair do's, but we will have enough club and international events in the up and coming months, so hopefully then you can come.

I have to cater for players who want some variation and a change, and this will be very interesting IMO.

Unless I'm convinced there are a set of teams who are even enough, in which players will end up picking different teams, it's going to be random.

Makes it more interesting IMO.

Can be a good laugh at people getting really angry at a team who are pretty pants.

I got stuck with Sporting Lisbon a couple events back, and the keeper was ridiculously bad!
Makes you change your game up aswell, my tactic was to aim for the wee guy upfront and dont let anything go near my keeper

I got Tottenham in the last event Makes it more fun, but Manchester/london seem to take the PES scene too serious

Hahahahaha! I don't know why, but the crazy variation made me laugh. U sure about Lazio? Anyways keep them coming Andy, this smoking and drinking is finally catching up to you!

@CKenny, a London player hasn't come on and criticised this. Maz is for it 100%, and he's the only person I spoke to about it. Although I suspect Footi will. I think now he won't, because I say he will, but because I say he won't, he actually will.
