Looking for Winning Eleven 8 International Option Files/Downloads

I was at the mall earlier today and came across Winning Eleven 8: International for the PC for a really cheap price. I loved this game on the xbox (which has since broke so I can't play it any longer) so I bought it. Now I'm looking for some option files to download for it... having trouble finding any since it's such an old game.

I was wondering if anyone here knew of any links where I could find these files to download? And I'd really like to download a file which has more national teams edited into the game over the club teams, if such a file exists (I've seen similar files for more recent versions of the game, not sure if anyone did this for WE8I).
