    Yawn!

Looking forward to 2017 ending on the ATP tour, although I'm still worried about Murray long term.

WTA is exciting, shame about the womans final but it feels like a few proper stars are emerging finally.

WTA has these joke finals all too frequently. Bagel-central.

Anyone watch any of the Laver Cup? Was a lot better than I expected. Team World's piss take celebrations really got under Nadal's skin, was worth watching purely for how over the top he got towards the end of today screaming come on and vamos every time Federer won a point against Kyrgios. Ran and jumped on Fed at the end before any of the rest of the team were even close to the court

First and only time I presume Rafa and Fed will play a proper doubles match together unless they team up again next year for this. Thought it was just gonna be a normal exho where players mess about during rallies but really didn't turn out like that all.

I was just thinking... is tennis perhaps is one of the few sports that is equally marketed towards men and women? I definitely feel like football, NBA, Formula 1, NFL and many more are aimed at men, perhaps because men primarily watch them... But really, tennis is the only sport I can think of that I can watch with my mother, sister and father all in the same room without someone being bored :P Agree or disagree?

Think you could probably same the same about athletics, but yeah, out of the mainstream sports that are regularly available to watch, tennis is probably the only one.

Yeah just thought it was interesting to think about the way certain sports are marketed, and even the way they are perceived by others. Discussing gender marketing, in general, is quite fascinating to learn about I think For example, are hockey and netball both considered quite 'girly' sports? Or are the lines being blurred toward what's a girl sport and what's a boy sport?
